You may or may not be aware of why I feel so strongly about this subject...I won't labour the point, but if you have a few spare moments do take a look at the site.
It could make an incredible difference to someone.

Thanks so much for raising awareness of this on your blog, it is really helping to raise awareness of the need for organ donors in the UK. 400 people die every year here waiting for a transplant and we have lost 15 young friends between us in this situation.
